Online Registration


Fees for all race participants will include the following: Bib Number, Timing Chip, Goody Bag with sponsorship material and coupons.

Please note: T-Shirts will be included for the first 1,000 paid participants.

We encourage participants to register online or at one of our pre-race registration events. Like us on Facebook at The Walnut Run 5K/10K to learn more about event updates, promotional nights, and more.

Registration By Mail
If you prefer to register by mail, please download the 2016 registration form and waiver. Checks will be payable to Monumental Racing LLC. Envelopes must be postmarked by September 2nd.

Race Day Registration
Registration and Packet Pickup will be available starting at 6:00 a.m. during race morning. Please allow plenty of time for parking, registering, and making your way to the start line. We will be accepting cash, check, and credit cards.

Packet Pick Up
Packet Pickup will take place at SportsBasement in Walnut Creek.

Thursday, September 8th: 6:00 – 9:00 p.m.
Friday, September 9th: 6:00 – 9:00 p.m.
Saturday, September 10th: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Women who register prior to August 19th will receive the women’s cut race shirt. Please bring your email confirmation to confirm your shirt size.

SportsBasement will be offering a 10% discount on all items purchased within the store between September 8th – 11th for all participants of The Walnut Run. In addition, the store will contribute 10% of your purchase to school donation fund.

Please Note: If you are unable to pick up your packet prior to race day, you may also do so on race morning between 6:00 a.m. – 7:30 a.m. at our packet pick up tables located near the start line at the intersection of Olympic Blvd and S. Main Street.
